Using the Safeshow Adapter Unit with the Supra Electronic Lockbox.
(refer to diagrams below) |
- Using your keypad remove the key holder unit from the Supra Electronic Lockbox.
- Clean and dry the bottom of the key holder with rubbing alcohol, this will allow the tape to bond better.
- On the Safeshow metal bracket peel off the back of the double-sided tape.
- IMPORTANT Align the bottom and side edge of the key holder with the bottom and side edge of the Safeshow metal bracket and apply (Diagram 2).
- TEST the Safeshow adapter lid; it should open smoothly without touching the key holder (Diagram 3).
- AFTER final installation and testing press very firmly
on the key holder for 1 minute to help the tape bond, then return the key holder with adapter to the lockbox and sit the unit upright position allowing the tape to cure for 72 hours before putting the lockbox in use. Ideal tape application temperature range is 70 degrees to 100 degrees. Minimum acceptable application surface temperature is 60 degrees F.

Using the Safeshow Adapter Unit as a stand-alone Keyholder. |
- Apply the supplied key chain to the Safeshow adapter Unit key chain hole.
- Use a marker on the back sticker that can be wiped off when needed or mark the adapter with a permanent number and keep a log in the office.
